  3. Add Garlic: Stir in minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
  4. Create the Sauce: Pour in lemon juice and remaining butter; stir while scraping up any bits from the pan.
  5. Toss in Pasta: Add drained pasta to the skillet along with reserved pasta water; toss to combine.
  6. Finish with Cheese & Herbs: Remove from heat, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and parsley, then toss gently.
