  • 1/2 cup white sugar

Instructions

  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, ginger, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, beat the sugars and eggs until fluffy. Add molasses and mix well.
  4. Gradually combine the dry ingredients with the wet mixture until just mixed.
  5. Shape dough into two logs on the baking sheet; bake for 25-30 minutes until golden.
  6. Cool slightly, slice diagonally into half-inch pieces, then bake again for an additional 10-15 minutes until crisp.
