  • 6 cups mixed apples (Granny Smith and Honeycrisp)
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tsp gingerbread spice mix
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter (chilled, cut into small pieces)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Peel and slice the apples, then toss them with brown sugar, gingerbread spice mix, and lemon juice. Let sit for 10 minutes.
  3. Roll out half of the pie crust and place it in a pie pan.
