  • 1 medium cauliflower head, cut into florets
  • 1/3 cup gochujang
  • 2 tbsp honey (or agave syrup for vegan option)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds (toasted)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine gochujang, honey, garlic powder, soy sauce, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt to create the batter.
  3. Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter until fully coated and then roll in panko breadcrumbs.
