Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef (80% lean)
  • 8 slider buns
  • 8 slices sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1/2 cup sliced pickles
  • 1 cup fresh lettuce, shredded
  • 1 medium tomato, sliced

  2. In a large bowl, mix ground beef with onion and garlic powders until just combined. Form into small patties slightly larger than buns.

  4. In the last minute of cooking, place cheese on patties and cover to melt.
  5. Assemble sliders by spreading mustard and ketchup on the bottom bun, adding the patty, pickles, lettuce, and tomato before capping with the top bun.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
