  • 8 oz pasta (your choice)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic; sauté until translucent (about 3-4 minutes).
  2. Add ground turkey to the skillet, breaking it apart with a wooden spoon. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning; cook until browned (about 5-7 minutes).
  3. Stir in diced tomatoes with juices and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente (usually 8-10 minutes). Drain.
  5. Combine cooked pasta with the sauce in the skillet, mixing well to coat noodles evenly.
