  • 8 oz whole wheat pasta

  • 28 oz canned crushed tomatoes

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.

  3. Meanwhile, cook whole wheat pasta according to package instructions until al dente; drain and reserve some pasta water.

  5. Toss cooked pasta into the sauce mixture, adding reserved pasta water as needed for desired consistency.
