  • 2 large flour tortillas
  • 1 lb ground beef or chicken
  • 1 oz taco seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 medium tomato, diced
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup salsa

Instructions

  1. Cook the meat: In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef or chicken until fully cooked. Drain excess fat and stir in taco seasoning according to package instructions.
  2. Prepare fillings: While the meat cooks, chop lettuce and dice tomatoes.
  3. Assemble: Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread sour cream in the center, then layer with seasoned meat, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, and salsa.
  4. Fold: Fold in the sides of the tortilla toward the center and then fold down the top and bottom edges to seal.
  5. Toast: Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Place the crunchwrap seam-side down and cook until golden brown (about 3-4 minutes). Flip to toast the other side.
  6. Serve: Slice in half to reveal layers and serve warm with additional salsa or guacamole.
