Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups old-fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup honey or pure maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup nut butter (almond or peanut)
  • 1 cup dried fruits (raisins, cranberries, apricots)
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (walnuts or almonds)
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix oats, chopped nuts, dried fruits, chocolate chips, and sea salt until well combined.
  3. In a small saucepan over low heat, melt honey (or maple syrup) with nut butter until smooth.
  4. Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and stir until thoroughly coated.
  5. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and press down firmly with a spatula.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Allow cooling completely before slicing into bars.
