  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups elbow macaroni
  • 3 cups low-sodium beef broth
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp dried Italian herbs (oregano and basil)

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess fat if necessary.
  2. Add chopped onions and minced garlic; sauté until onions are translucent (about 5 minutes).
