  • 2 medium zucchini (sliced into half-moons)
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 2 green onions (chopped, for garnish)
  • Juice of 1 lemon

Instructions
