  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cups low-sodium beef broth
  • 1/2 cup dry white wine
  • 4 slices sourdough bread, toasted

  • 1 tsp fresh thyme (or 1/2 tsp dried)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
