  • 34 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
  • 2 cans (15 oz each) Great Northern or Cannellini Beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 Medium Onion, chopped
  • 3 Garlic Cloves, minced
  • 4 cups Low-Sodium Chicken Broth
  • 1 can (4 oz) Diced Green Chiles
  • 2 tsp Cumin
  • 2 tsp Chili Powder
  • Fresh Cilantro (for garnish)
  • ½ cup Sour Cream (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients by chopping the onion and mincing the garlic.
