  • 20 large pasta shells
  • 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb)
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Boil salted water in a large pot and cook the pasta shells according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant. Add diced chicken, seasoning with salt and pepper, and cook until fully cooked through.
  4. Lower the heat and stir in the heavy cream, gradually adding Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  5. Mix shredded chicken with half of the Alfredo sauce and Italian seasoning.
  6. Fill each pasta shell generously with the chicken mixture and place them in a greased baking dish.
  7. Pour the remaining Alfredo sauce over the stuffed shells and sprinkle more Parmesan on top.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
