  • 2 tbsp poppy seeds
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup French fried onions

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
