  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash and chop the kale into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and sauté minced garlic until fragrant (about 1 minute).
  3. Add the chopped kale to the skillet and cook until wilted but still vibrant (3-5 minutes).
