  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1/4 cup green onions, finely chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp sriracha sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, green onions, soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, and the beaten egg. Mix until just combined.
  3. Form the mixture into golf ball-sized meatballs and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach at least 160°F or 70°C).
  5. While baking, mix mayonnaise and sriracha in a small bowl for the dip. Adjust spice level to taste.
  6. Serve warm with spicy mayo dip and garnish with cilantro if desired.
