  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 pound)
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 12 oz spaghetti or fettuccine
  • Zest and juice of 1 large lemon
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. 1. Prepare your ingredients: Chop chicken into bite-sized pieces and mince garlic.
  2. 2. Cook the chicken: In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil. Sauté the chicken with salt and pepper until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from skillet.
