Ingredients

  • 2 pounds baby potatoes
  • 1 cup fresh corn kernels
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder

Instructions

  1. Wash and halve the baby potatoes. Boil in salted water for 15-20 minutes until tender. Drain and let cool.
