Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 8 oz pasta of your choice (fettuccine or penne)
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Prepare ingredients by chopping garlic and measuring cream and cheese. Boil water for pasta.
  2. In a large pan over medium heat, add olive oil. Season chicken with salt and pepper; cook until golden brown (about 6 minutes per side). Remove from the pan.
  3. In the same pan, sauté garlic until fragrant (about 1 minute). Add heavy cream and soy sauce while stirring.
  4. Stir in Parmesan cheese, thyme, and oregano until melted into a creamy sauce.
  5. Cook pasta according to package instructions, then drain. Toss with the sauce and sliced chicken.
  6. Serve immediately with extra sauce drizzled on top.
