  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning on both sides.

  4. Add minced garlic and sun-dried tomatoes; sauté for about 1 minute.
  5. Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring well.
  6. Stir in spinach until wilted, then add Parmesan cheese until melted.
  7. Transfer everything to an oven-safe dish and bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
