Description

Mini Easter Egg Cheesecake Bites are irresistible, bite-sized treats that combine creamy cheesecake with a rich chocolate shell, topped with colorful candy eggs—ideal for your spring celebrations!


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 8 oz chocolate (dark or milk), melted
  • 1/2 cup candy eggs (for decoration)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until fluffy.
  2. Melt chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in short bursts, stirring until smooth.
  3. Coat silicone molds with melted chocolate and refrigerate for 10 minutes to set.
  4. Fill molds with the cheesecake mixture, leaving space at the top.
  5. Seal with more melted chocolate and smooth the surface. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  6. Remove from molds and decorate with candy eggs before serving.
