  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté the diced onion until translucent. Add spinach and cook until wilted (about 2-3 minutes).
