  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
  • 2 large eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin.
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, cocoa powder, sugar, and melted butter until combined.
  3. Press about 1 tablespoon of the mixture into each muffin tin cup to form small crusts. Bake for 5-7 minutes.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together eggs and sugar, then stir in chocolate chips.
  5. Fill each crust with chocolate mixture up to three-quarters full and top with mini marshmallows.
  6. Bake for an additional 5-7 minutes until marshmallows are golden.
