  • 1 cup whole milk (or almond milk)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup diced bell peppers (or spinach/mushrooms)
  • 1 package (1 crust) store-bought pie crust
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ½ cup cooked bacon or ham (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a muffin tin.
  2. Roll out the pie crust and cut circles to fit each muffin cup, pressing them down gently.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together eggs and milk until frothy; season with salt and pepper.
