Ingredients

Scale
  • 20 Oreo cookies (crushed)
  • 5 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
  • 16 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs (room temperature)
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Combine crushed Oreos and melted butter; press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar, then mix in sour cream and vanilla until combined.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing gently after each addition.
  4. Pour filling over crust; smooth the top. Bake for 50-60 minutes until edges are set but center jiggles slightly.
  5. Turn off oven, crack door open, and let cool for 1 hour. Chill in the fridge for at least four hours before serving.
