  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1 cup cooked bacon or sausage (diced)
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup bell peppers (diced)
  • 1/2 cup onions (diced)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a skillet, cook bacon or sausage until crispy; drain excess fat.
  3. Whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a large bowl until blended.
