- 3–4 ripe peaches (diced)

Instructions

- Gradually add flour and salt; knead on a floured surface for 8-10 minutes until smooth.
- Place dough in an oiled bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm spot for about 1 hour until doubled.
- Combine diced peaches with sugar and cinnamon for the filling.
- Roll out dough into a rectangle, spread softened butter, then evenly distribute peach filling.
- Roll tightly into a log, slice into 12 rolls, and place in a greased baking dish to rise for another 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
