Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package (17.3 oz) puff pastry, thawed
  • 1/2 cup peach jelly
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg (for egg wash)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface and cut out circles (5 inches in diameter).
  3. Place about 1 tablespoon of peach jelly in the center of each circle.
  4. Fold the dough over to create half-moon shapes, sealing edges with your fingers or a fork.
  5. In a bowl, whisk the egg with a splash of water and brush it over each pie.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and puffy.
