  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tsp toasted sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro (for garnish)
  • 2 tbsp crushed peanuts (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Slice the cabbage into quarters, remove the core, and grill cut-side down for 5-7 minutes until charred.
  2. In a bowl, combine peanut butter, lime juice, minced garlic, honey (or maple syrup), soy sauce, and sesame oil; whisk until smooth.
  3. Once cool, chop grilled cabbage into bite-sized pieces and mix with chopped cilantro in a large bowl.
  4. Pour dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss well to coat.
  5. Garnish with crushed peanuts and extra cilantro before serving.
