- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup roasted unsalted pistachios (chopped)

- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9-inch baking pan.
- In a medium bowl, melt the butter and stir in granulated sugar until smooth.
- Add cocoa powder and flour; mix until just combined.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and one egg; blend well.
- Fold in chopped pistachios into the cheesecake mixture.
- Spread half of the brownie batter into the prepared pan, dollop cheesecake mixture on top, swirl together, then add remaining brownie batter.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
