  • 1 lb fresh bread dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese (shredded or fresh)
  • 2 tbsp fresh basil (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp fresh oregano (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup garlic butter (melted)
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Grease a heart-shaped baking dish with nonstick spray.
  3. Roll out the dough on a floured surface into a rectangle about half an inch thick.
  4. Spread melted garlic butter over the dough, then sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and chopped herbs.
