- 2 cups powdered sugar (sifted)

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix the pumpkin puree, granulated sugar, brown sugar, oil (or melted butter), and eggs until smooth.
- Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients and fold gently until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Allow bars to cool completely on a wire rack before preparing the frosting.
