Description

  • 4 cups Rice Krispies cereal
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Confectioners' sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a large pot over low heat. Add mini marshmallows, stirring continuously until completely melted and smooth.
  2. Remove from heat and mix in pumpkin puree, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and nutmeg until combined.
  3. Gradually fold in Rice Krispies until fully coated.

  5. Allow donuts to cool for about 30 minutes until firm enough to remove from molds.
  6. Dust with confectioners' sugar before serving.
