  • 1 cup almonds (raw or roasted)
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 2 tsp cinnamon (freshly ground)
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Spread pumpkin seeds and almonds on a baking sheet. Roast for about 10 minutes until fragrant.
  2. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. In a large bowl, combine roasted seeds and nuts with dried cranberries, dark chocolate chips, cinnamon, and maple syrup.
  3. Toss everything together until well combined.
  4. Spread the mixture back onto the baking sheet in an even layer. Return to the oven for another 5 minutes.
