- Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool slightly before rolling in a powdered-sugar-dusted kitchen towel. Cool completely.
- For the filling, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Spread over cooled cake, roll it up without the towel, and place seam-side down on a platter.
