- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare an 8×8-inch baking dish with nonstick spray or parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together granulated sugar, brown sugar, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla until well combined. Sift in flour, cocoa powder, and salt; mix until just combined. Stir in red food coloring.
- In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Add egg and vanilla; mix until fully incorporated.
- Pour half of the brownie batter into the prepared dish, then dollop cheesecake mixture on top and swirl gently. Top with remaining brownie batter.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out mostly clean with moist crumbs attached. Cool slightly before serving.
