- 4 cups filtered water (2 hot, 2 cold)

Instructions
- Wash the lemons thoroughly and juice them to obtain one cup of fresh lemon juice.
- In a pot, bring one cup of water to a boil; add mint leaves and steep for five minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in sugar until dissolved.
- Combine lemon juice and cooled mint syrup in a large pitcher, then add four cups of cold water.
- Serve over ice, garnished with mint leaves or lemon slices.
