Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 slider buns (soft)
  • 1 lb deli-style corned beef
  • 8 oz Swiss cheese (sliced)
  • 1 cup sauerkraut (drained)
  • 1/2 cup Thousand Island dressing
  • 4 tbsp butter (melted)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Slice the slider buns in half and layer each bottom half with corned beef, Swiss cheese, and sauerkraut. Drizzle with Thousand Island dressing before placing the top halves back on.
  3. Brush the tops of the buns with melted butter for a golden crust.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and buns are crispy.
  5. Allow to cool slightly before slicing into individual sliders. Serve warm with extra dressing if desired.
