Ingredients

  • Fresh salmon fillets
  • Large peeled shrimp
  • Garlic cloves
  • Fresh lemon juice
  • Fresh herbs (parsley or dill)
  • Olive oil
  • Salt & pepper

Instructions

  1. Rinse the salmon and shrimp under cold water and pat dry.
  2. Drizzle olive oil on both sides of the seafood; season with salt, pepper, and minced garlic.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat; add olive oil and place salmon skin-side down. Cook for about 5 minutes until crispy, then flip.
  4. Add shrimp to the skillet after flipping the salmon, cooking until they turn pink (about 3-4 minutes).
  5. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the dish, sprinkle with chopped herbs, and serve immediately.
