  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 2 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente; drain.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant, then add spinach until wilted.
  3. Add salmon fillets to the skillet; cook for about 4–5 minutes per side until opaque and flaky.
  4. Remove salmon and stir in heavy cream and lemon juice into the skillet, allowing it to thicken on low heat.
  5. Flake salmon back into the sauce, add cooked pasta, and toss until coated. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese, season with salt and pepper, and serve hot.
