- 1 cup ketchup

- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tsp smoked paprika
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the chopped bacon until crispy. Drain excess fat but leave some for flavor.
- Sauté the diced onion in the skillet until translucent, about 5 minutes.
- Add the drained navy beans, ketchup, maple syrup, Dijon mustard, smoked paprika, and apple cider vinegar. Mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake uncovered for about 45 minutes until bubbly and caramelized on top.
