  • 3 medium Yukon gold potatoes, diced
  • 1 medium yellow onion, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups low-sodium beef broth
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 bay leaves

Instructions
