  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, diced

  • 1 cup mini marshmallows (for topping, optional)

Instructions

  1. Peel and slice the yams into even rounds for uniform cooking.
  2. In a bowl, combine brown sugar, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt.
