  • 2 lbs pork ribs (baby back or spare)
  • 1/2 cup peach preserves
  • 1 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 2 tsp cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs and pat dry with paper towels.
  3. In a bowl, mix smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Drizzle olive oil over both sides of the ribs and rub in the spice mixture.
  5. Generously coat both sides with peach preserves.
  6. Place ribs on a lined baking sheet, cover with foil, and bake for about 2.5 hours.
  7. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and grill ribs for about 10 minutes per side.
