- 2 medium bell peppers (red and yellow), diced
- 1 medium red onion, diced
- 4 large flour tortillas
- ½ cup sour cream

- Juice of 2 limes
- 2 tsp southwest seasoning (cumin, chili powder, garlic powder)
Instructions
- Dice the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces and chop the bell peppers and red onion.
- In a bowl, combine lime juice and southwest seasoning. Add the chicken and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
