Description

  • 2 large red bell peppers
  • 8 oz block feta cheese
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Halve and seed the red bell peppers, placing them cut-side down on a lined baking sheet.
  2. Roast for 20-25 minutes until skins are blistered and charred.
  3. Let cool, then blend roasted peppers, feta, garlic, olive oil, chili flakes, and lemon juice in a food processor until smooth.
