- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder (40g)
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour (64g)
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced (150g)
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened (226g)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Melt the butter in a large bowl. Mix in granulated and brown sugars until combined. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each, along with vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, whisk together cocoa powder, flour, and salt. Gradually mix this dry blend into the wet ingredients until just combined.
- In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth; gradually add sugar and vanilla extract until creamy.
- Spread half of the brownie batter in the prepared pan. Spoon dollops of cream cheese mixture over it, then add sliced strawberries on top. Pour remaining brownie batter over everything and gently swirl with a knife.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes or until edges are set but center is slightly soft. Cool completely before slicing.
