  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, mix the milk, egg, and melted butter until well combined.
  3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry mixture and stir gently until just combined; some lumps are fine.
  4. Fold in half of the sliced strawberries into the batter.
  5. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat; lightly grease if necessary.
  6. Pour about 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form (2-3 minutes), then flip and cook until golden brown on both sides.
