Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Clean the Portobello caps with a damp cloth and remove stems; chop stems finely.
- In a bowl, combine cream cheese, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, chopped herbs, and chopped mushroom stems until well mixed.
- Generously fill each mushroom cap with the stuffing mixture.
